Ordering for bookshops
Bookshops can place orders at Sidestone and receive a standard discount of 30%* on the listprice. Sidestone fulfills all orders placed by bookshops in the Netherlands and adjacent countries, orders from elsewhere in the world are forwarded by us (or can be placed directly) to our international distributor Oxbow Books (www.OxbowBooks.com).
Placing an order
For ordering books you may simply send an e-mail or use the form below. Bookshops that regularly place orders with Sidestone can do so directly at our webshop. After you create a customer account in our webshop you can request (by e-mail) us to change your account status from a regular account to a bookshop account. By doing so you will automatically receive a 30% discount on all our titles. Please inform us too if you wish to receive an invoice or whether you wish to pay online using a credit card.
Please note that invoices are always send separately from the books. By default we send our invoices as PDFs by e-mail. This is quicker, more cost-efficient and better for the environment. However, if you wish to receive your invoice by postal mail you can simply request us to do so.
Shipment
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4,50 per order, shipping costs for destinations outside the Netherlands vary. Feel free to contact us for more information.
Books that are kept in stock are shipped within 2-3 working days. Most books, however, are produced on demand, these books are usually shipped in 7-15 working days.
* For some titles different discount rates may apply, if this is the case you will be informed about this before we ship your order. When ordering books in our webshop using your booksellers account, you will be able to see the discount rate in your shopping cart before you finalize your order.
